  • If you have pre-ordered:

    —You will receive an email with the live stream LINK and TICKET NUMBER 24-36 hours before the show begins. Search for: no_reply@ppvmailer.com / info@fitximagery.com

    If you order on the day of the show:

    —-After payment will direct you to the site to watch AND the link will be emailed to you within a few minutes of your purchase, LINK and TICKET NUMBER will be in there!

    Please Note: Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotional folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.

  • No, buying a "Live Stream" means you can only watch the show while it's happening LIVE / REAL TIME. If you want to watch it again later, you can buy a special pass to see the replay. 24 hours After the show is over, look for the option called “Replay NY Pro” to buy it.

    Price will be $19.99 USD.. Replay expires on Thursday May 23, 2024 .

  • Check spam, junk, or promotional folders if you didn't receive our email. Email will have your link and password 24-36 hours before the show.

  • Steps to Check Your Livestream Link Issues:

    Refresh your browser before each Pre/Finals judging (A & B) to get the best viewing quality on your network.

    1) Check Your WiFi

    • Ensure your WiFi is connected and working properly.

    • If necessary, reset your WiFi router.

    2) Refresh Your Browser

    • Refresh the page in your browser to see if the link works.

    3) Log In Again

    • Log out of your account and then log back in.

    4) Restart Your Device

    • Restart the device you're using and then try logging in again.
